R.EXE is a small program that resets the HP LaserJet II from the keyboard.
This avoids having to press the online and reset buttons on the printer.
I have found it useful after using programs (such as LJBook) that change
the printer settings, but don't change them back to their defaults.  To
run press
                              R <return>.

Not much to this.  I am releasing it into public domain, so anyone can use
it and/or distribute it.
